Eva Adriana Chavez
Meet one of our amazing teachers! Originally from Colima Mexico, Adriana pursued her dream and became a U.S. citizen a couple of years ago. Adriana studied cosmetology while living in Reseda California. After moving to Colorado she realized that
her passion was actually working with young children. Being a native Spanish speaker makes her a perfect fit for our DIS students!
Adriana treats all children in her care as if they are her own, showing much affection, love and care. She is passionate about working with children as you can see when you visit her classroom. She creates a positive and safe environment for those
in her care.
Outside DIS Adriana has three children of her own who are all college graduates! She is very proud of them. She loves being outdoors with her children and also enjoys traveling with them. Adriana is very dedicated and is always excited to come into
work at DIS and looks forward to educating our children. We are very fortunate to have her on our staff!
Ligenia arrived 17 months ago to the United States from Venezuela, where she graduated as an Administrator and Accountant. She's a wife and a mother of two hardworking children. Being a native Spanish speaker, she makes a great addition to the DIS
Ligenia chose to work at DIS because of her love of children and being able to help them learn and grow at an early age. Teaching them to communicate in her native language was a bonus! She's very grateful for the opportunity to teach your children
with love, patience, and dedication in an environment that develops creativity without any linguistic barriers.
In her free time, she loves to spend time with her family, watch movies and take walks outdoors. She's very excited to share her knowledge with your kids!
